Two more political prisoners made to apply for pardon

Lukashenka said he received two applications for a pardon a month ago from two prisoners convicted for the events December 19, 2010, during the presidential election.

“If I am not mistaken, two persons sent their pardon applications a month ago,” Lukashenka said talking to journalists on Sunday, Interfax news agency reports.

The dictator didn't say who exactly applied for a pardon. “I don't know, take my word for it. I am out of picture,” Lukashenka said. “If the applications were submitted, they should be in the pardon commission now. We will inform you,” the head of state noted.

We remind that all political prisoners are being pressed, humiliated and tortured in jails to force them appeal to Lukashenka for a pardon.
