The parliamentary candidate in the Western-Brest constituency 1 Aliaksandr Melnik was not allowed to the counting of the voted at the polling station in a hospital belonging to the railway agency.
Radio Free Europe found that out from Dzianis Turchaniak, who is Melnik’s proxy. The voting at the polling station in the hospital ended. According to Dzianis Turchaniak, the commission is already counting the votes in the head doctor’s office.
