Tsiareshchanka: Salary was paid only after people had voted

According to the official data, the Vitebsk region forestalled all the others in early voting.

The parliamentary candidate Viktar Tsiareshchanka believes that first of all the administrative resource in the reason for that, Radio Free Europe reports.

“For example yesterday in Vidzy in Braslau district people were not paid their salaries unless they voted. I went to this collective farm, where I saw around 80 people, who were standing in a line on Saturday with their passports – please, first vote and then come. This was connected with the salary payment. Students are also obliged to vote early, dormitories, border service military men. They all voted early”, - Tsiareshchanka said.
