An observer from the polling station 121 of the constituency 94 in Minsk reported to charter97.org about that.
“Today by 3 p.m. around 250 people have voted at the polling station, however we are still refused to know the total number of the voters registered. This information was not provided to the OSCE observers either. The only thing we know is that there are 200 ballots at the poling station”, - Aleh Ladutska told.
As many as 350 people have voted early. Observers registered the facts proving that the authorities forced people to vote.
“Simple comparison of two protocols from the early voting shows five time difference in the number of the ones having voted from the neighboring houses. The reason for that appeared to be the fact that one of the houses was the dormitory of the Minsk Machine Building factory. Obviously the forced voting is taking place. We were told about the facts of forced early voting by the teachers of the gymnasium 1, which belongs to the constituency”, - Aleh Ladutska said.
Also the observer told what the commission member are busy with today. For example, one of them was modeling teddy-bears, cheburashkas, planes and submarines out of the plasticine for ballot box sealing.
