Commission members asked how to vote for boycott

A voter in Mogilev puzzled the electoral commission with his question.

This incident was reported about by observer Siarhei Laputsin in his Facebook account. He was observing the elections at the Polling station 61 in the “Promyshlennyi” constituency in Mogilev.

“A man came, speaking a mixture of Belarusian and Russian languages, and asked how he could vote for boycott. Where to put a sign in the ballot”, - he wrote.

The commission failed to find what to answer.
