Observers who noticed a “carousel” disappeared

For more than five hours there has been no connection to the observers Siarhei Martsaliau and Aryna Lisetskaya.
They were working at the polling stations 373 and 374 respectively. Earlier they were the ones who registered the incidents of so-called “electoral carousels”, Belsat TV channel reports.
According to a human rights defender Yury Chavusau, roughly at 1 p.m. Siarhei Martsaliau and Aryna LIsetskaya left their polling stations, but their belongings remained there. They took their cell phones with them, but they don’t respond to the calls. Now their colleagues are looking for them, calling to police departments. There is probability that they were detained.
