It's worth noting that the phone number is identified as the number of Novaya Gazeta editor-in-chief Dmitry Muratov. Dmitry Muratov, who is on good terms with the journalist, doesn't know about the phone attack. He was meeting with Mikhail Gorbachev when Radzina called him.
The same attacks were carried out on the phones of Novaya Gazeta editor-in-chief last year after publishing some articles criticizing Lukashenka. The phone number was identified as Natallia Radzina's number.
“The Belarusian security services have always lacked a sense of humour as well as brains. I am sure the phones are blocked, because Belarus appeared in the world's spotlight over the boycott of Lukashenka's 'elections'. I have a lot of international meetings with politicians and journalists. It's quite possible that I will apply to Polish prosecutors to carry out an investigation,” Radzina said.
It should be reminded that journalist Iryna Khalip earlier faced the same type of blocking.
