Uladzimir Kobets: Judge Komar must stay in the EU’s lists

A dismissal can in no way be a reason for getting excluded from the list of the people not allowed to enter the European Union.

The head of Andrei Sannikau’s team in the 2010 presidential elections Uladzimir Kobets stated that in an interview to Belsat TV channel. In this way he commented on judge Volga Komar’s dismissal. She sentenced Vasili Parfiankou after the events of 19 December 2010. The politician does not rule out that another position is being prepared for the judge. However, the people, who carry out the regime’s orders, end up in prison themselves the next day, he said.

According to the politician, Volga Komar could refuse from participating in political trials. The cases are known, when people, who did that, were not dismissed and they kept doing other things. Will Volga Komar’s case be a lesson for those, who carries out any regime’s orders? Kobets assumes that it will not, because these people realize completely what they are doing.

The politician added that the loss of the position can in no way be a reason for getting excluded from the lists of the people not allowed to enter the European Union, since it is the payment for their crimes.
