Passenger jet crashes in Kazakhstan: no one survived

The tragedy happened near Almaty.
The jet was flying from Kokchetav. It was coming to the second round in the complicated meteorological conditions, and hit the ground. There were 5 crew members and 16 passengers aboard. According to preliminary information, all of them died.
The air company SCAT promises to report the official reason of the tragedy after decoding of aircraft recorders.
