Arrests among casino clients in Minsk?

Clients from Moscow, who “demanded prostitutes”, were arrested in a casino in Minsk.
“When gambling was banned in Moscow, we had many people who wanted a similar ban here,” Lukashenka said at a press conference for Russian journalists. “But I said no. Let's see if casinos will bring harm. It turned out that casinos didn't become criminal centres. I know that many people fly from Moscow to Minsk and leave a lot of money here. We don't worry about it.”
Lukashenka mentioned that some things needed control.
“Some people were arrested lately in a casino. They were from Moscow. They got drunk and demanded prostitutes. But we have strict rules. We are world leaders in combating human trafficking. We don't hold every girl by arms, but we don't allow organising a criminal group to deliver them abroad. So, these Moscow residents came to look for prostitutes and found themselves in a prison cell. We control gambling, but we don't prohibit it,” he said.
Charter97.org already reported that two employees of Shangri La casino were arrested in Minsk in late August on suspicion of organising escort services for VIP clients.
