Reuters about new “achievements” of Ig Nobel Prize winner (Video)

Lukashenka proves he deserves to have the Ig Nobel Prize.

Aliaksandr Lukashenka, who recently received the Ig Nobel Prize for a ban on applause in public, said the first African-American president Barack Obama belongs to the wrong race to declare himself imperealist, Reuters reports.

Lukashenka, who is banned from entering the EU for harassment of dissidents, criticised the US policy in Near East in an interview with Kazakh television channel 24.kz

He reminded Nobel Peace Prize winner Barack Obama that blacks were slaves in America.

Obama surprises me. Not so long ago black people were slaves in America, and now they claim some exceptionalism,” Lukashenka said hinting on the thesis of “American exceptionalism”, a topic of international debate proposed by American philosophers and politicians and mentioned lately by Obama.

“I've never thought that a person, who originated from these poor groups, would be able to use such rhetoric in the world,” he said.

Lukashenka, who is not welcomed in the West, admired Venezuela, Iran, Iraq and Libya, but he lost the associates sharing his anti-Western views.

“The entire world saw it, from Saddam Hussein to Libyan president Gaddafi. One was hanged, the other was impaled, torn apart and so on. The president in Egypt was deposed. He is now lying like a cabbage stalk and suffering at hospital,” the Belarusian head of state said.
