Lukashenka's website to cost 15 billion rubles

The state budget for 2014 allocated this sum for the dictator's website.

“The collection, preparation and spreading of the state's order for official information, the functioning of a new version of the official internet-portal of the president of the Republic of Belarus” will cost tax payers 15.3 billion rubles next year.

The draft law “On the Republic Budget for 2014” was adopted by the “house of representatives” yesterday, BelTA news agency reports.

Minister of Finance Andrei Kharkavets said introducing the document that the state budget for 2014 had been compiled without any deficit. The draft budget for 2014 takes into account all the the revenues and has balanced liabilities against funding sources, he says.

Under the draft law, revenues in 2014 are expected to reach 128,594.1 billion rubles, which is 19% more than the expected budget execution in 2013. The expenditures in 2014 are expected to amount to 128,594.1 billion rubles.
