Kapski: Talentless people and idiots work in Belarusian football

Head of BATE Barysau FC Anatol Kapski sharply reacted to the recent decision of the Belarusian Football Federation's executive committee.

It was decided that the Belarusian Championship should be held in two stages with division into groups of six teams. BATE Head Coach Victar Hancharenka stood against this innovation.
