Minsk resident detained for taking picture of policemen on scooters

Aliaksei Manevich was detained after he had taken a picture of police officers.

The Minsk resident took a photo of two policemen on scooters in a park and posted it on his Facebook account.

“They are taking me to the Savetski district police department for this snap,” he wrote.

Aliaksei Manevich's minor daughter was detained. They are in the police department now. It's unknown what accusations were made against them.
