British colleagues of the kidnapped Belarusian journalist paid tribute to his memory.

A portrait of Dzmitry Zavadski and information about him appeared in St. Bride's Church in Fleet Street, camarade.biz reports.

Being situated in Fleet Street, the cradle of the British journalism, St. Bride's Church is known as journalists' church. Printing houses and later newspaper offices began to open there in the 16th century, . The church received the status of the “spiritual home of the media”. It is the place of memorial services to journalists.

Dzmitry Zavadski, a journalist for ORT TV channel, disappeared 13 years ago, on July 7, 2000. His family and friends still don't know where he was buried.

Belarusian officials are suspected of involvement in the abduction of Zavadski.
