Lukashenka and Putin have short talk about Uralkali

The heads of Belarus and Russia touched on the topic of Uralkali on the sidelines of the CSTO summit.
Russian president Vladimir Putin and his Belarusian counterpart Aliaksandr Lukashenka touched on the situation of Uralklai on the sidelines of the CSTO summit in Sochi, Interfax quotes Russian president's spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
“They talked on the sidelines. They also had a short conversation yesterday and spoke today on the summit sidelines. It wasn't a long talk. The topic of Uralkali was mentioned briefly,” Peskov told journalists.
Putin and Lukashenka were not expected to have a separate meeting in Sochi.
“A face to face meeting (of Vladimir Putin and Aliaksandr Lukashenka) in Sochi is not planned, but the leaders will meet in a narrow format. Contacts during the protocol event are possible,” Russian president's aide Yuri Ushakov said on Friday.
He repeated: “No bilateral contacts between the president of Russia and Belarus are planned”.
Ushakov reminded that the CSTO summit would have several parts, including talks in narrow and extended formats as well as a reception for the heads of state.
