Maryna Adamovich, the wife of the former presidential candidate, passed his words. She said that on Tuesday the political prisoner managed to make a phone call to relatives, the political prisoner’s web-site reports.

“This is a true presents, such a little Christmas miracle, a call from prison - Maryna Adamovich said. - Maryna Adamovich told how he had celebrated New Year’s Eve. Together with a cellmate they even made a festive dinner, which consisted of a salad, made from the best pieces of the sprat boiled with entrails that is served in prison for dinner, and a cake made of cookies. They were also handed out a fir tree branch. So they were prepared for the holidays.

He asked to send his congratulations on the Holy Day of Christmas to friends and colleagues, those, who support him, all the good people, and also to thank those, who congratulated him and other political prisoners for the support that is very warming”.
