Ukrainian fans are to come to the game BATE-Shakhtar under police escort.

Internal affairs agencies of Belarus are to step up security measures during the football match between the teams BATE (Barysau) and Shakhtar (Donetsk) on October 21 at Borisov-Arena, BelTA reports.

“Football fans who do not obey the existing restrictions, will be expelled outside the sports facility and the special places for fans without compensation for the entrance ticket, and will be brought to responsibility in the cases stipulated by the law,” police stated.

We remind that on October 9, after the game Belarus-Ukraine dozens of Ukrainian and Belarusian fans were detained for singing the disrespectful hit song about the president of Russia. As a result, many fans were sentenced to fines and arrests, however after interference of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, they were released.
