Tozik: By the end of the year we’ll formulate who is “social parasite”

So far the authorities do not have criteria, proceeding from which Belarusians are to be considered social parasites.

However, Vice Premier Anatoly Tozik promises to put things right very quickly, BelTA informs.

“The president has set a task to deal with the issue before the end of the year, and to create a mechanism, in accordance with which all employable citizens would take part in creation of material wealth and in construction of our native state,” he stated today.

As said by him, at the consultations held the day before, “the issue had been defined in principle”.

“We should involve the maximum quantity of population in the socially useful labour, as they called it before. No one should enjoy benefits at the expense of others, as the state budget is not boundless: we can take from it as much as we had put into there. And if according to his physical state a person can work, he must work, no one will fill the state budget for him,” – Vice Premier stated.
