European Parliament supports extension of trade preferences for Ukraine

The European Parliament on Thursday voted to extend the EU’s unilateral trade preferences for Ukraine until December 31, 2015.

UNIAN’s correspondent in Brussels has reported it.

The vote was held as a part of the EP plenary session in Strasbourg on Thursday, and was attended by 631 MEPs.

The measure was approved with a vote of 497 in favour, and 78 against.
