Lavrov is flying to Minsk

In November 18 Sergey Lavrov, the Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, will participate in Session of Collegiums Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Russia and Belarus.

Dzmitry Mironchyk, the press-secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stated that at the press briefing in November 13, informs BelaPAN.

"During the meeting we will discuss the promotion of collaborative initiatives of Belarus and Russia in the international arena, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, said Mironchyk. - The issues on the agenda: the cooperation in the framework of the OSCE, the development of relations with the EU, arms control in the world. Special attention will be given to cooperation with compatriots in the third world countries."

The Ministers are planning to sign up the advisory plan between Belarus and Russia’s Ministries of Foreign Affairs on 2015.

According to Mironchyk, it is planned to deliver a meeting between Uladzimir Makei and Sergey Lavrov, during the meeting they intend to “discuss the topical issues on the Belarusian-Russian cooperation and exchange views on topical international issues”.
