Schoolboy started shooting in Brest

In Brest a schoolboy shot at his peers from a pneumatic gun.

Charter97.org was informed about that by the Investigation Committee.

“In the evening in a microdistrict Vulka a 14-year-old pupil of one of the schools made at least 4 shots from a pneumatic gun in the direction of two age mates. As a result one of the victims has his clothes damaged, the second has an injury of the index finger of the right hand,” the Investigations Committee informs.

The suspect is detained, at the moment investigators are working with him. Urgent investigative and other procedural actions are carried out. A complex of court examinations is ordered, including the ones concerning the seized gun.

Brest inter-regional department of the Investigations Committee of Belarus has opened a criminal case on charges relating Article 339 Part 3 (especially malicious hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Belarus.
