Riot policemen picked up Ukrainian flags at "Okean Elzy" performance in Minsk

Before the perfomance of Ukrainian rock band the fans were subjected to personal search.

“On the entrance to “Minsk Arena” we can see huge queues. Riot policemen search everyone who has bought tickets on “Okean Elzy”. They are searching for Ukrainian flags. Police officers do not cover over this fact and even warn us beforehand that will not allow entering “Minsk Arena” with the symbols of neighboring country”, shared the information of the fans.

According to the other fans, unknown people menaced arrest in case of not taking the Ukrainian flags away. A few people were allegedly arrested.

This year a well-known rock band celebrates 20 years anniversary. Twenty years ago it held its rehearsals at Lviv hostel and now it performs in front of crowds of thousands all over the world.
