Policemen broke into flat of ex-political prisoner Hajdukou

Charter97.org website was informed about that by the press-service of the organizing committee for creation of the Belarusian Christian Democracy party.

In Navapolatsk policemen with the help of a neighbour broke into the flat of Andrei Hajdukou, an activist, an gave him the summons to the court which was to start on the same day at 2 p.m. It is related to his detention on November 21.

Andrei Hajdukou noted that he was going to demand services of a lawyer, so the session of the court could be postponed.

We remind that earlier the activist was detained on November 8, 2012. He was charged with treason to the state in the form of intelligence activities. On July 1, 2013 Hajdukou was sentenced to a year and a half in a penal colony. Human rights activists recognized Andrei Hajdukou as a prisoner of conscience. He was released on May 8, 2014.
