Stanislau Shushkevich: Lukashenka shuffles personnel for them not to serry

The ex-Chaiman of Supreme Soviet of Belarus Stanislau Shushkevich thinks that Lukashenka fears significant people on high positions.

We practice Chinese method of recruitment policy: if a person stands out of the crowd then he should be replaced. This method is practiced for people in policy not to form units. What if they form their own opinion? According to Lukashenka, he permanently “re-shuffles” personnel, emphasized the politician.

The ex-spokesman for Parliament is not ready to relate personnel changes with future presidential elections in 2015, writes “zautra.by”

Lukashenka has no worries about the results of future elections as he is sure that the system will operate as usual, forecasts the politician.

It should be reminded that Lukashenka released general lieutenant Yuri Zhadobin from his position of Minister of Defense and transferred him to reserve because of age. He was allowed to wear military uniform and identifying insignias.
