Boris Nemtsov: Lukashenka and Putin reciprocate hatred and both want to take the lead

The dictators will not be able to do close with each other.

One of the leaders of the Russian opposition Boris Nemtsov wrote it on his account on Facebook commenting on a new trade war between Moscow and Minsk.

Boris Nemtsov emphasizes that one-sided introduction of sanctions by Russia without securing approval of Kazakhstan and Belarus contradicts the Customs Union rules.
