Fund for Peace does not believe in "stability" in Belarus

American Fund for Peace has put Belarus in a "high risk" list.

This follows from the annual Fragile States Index, AFN writes.

The index is calculated on the basis of information from open sources based on an assessment of the human rights situation, the quality of public services, distribution of wealth and the number of refugees around the world.

Belarus takes 90 place among the total number of 178 countries, overhauled the Russian Federation and the Republic of Moldova but given the place to Ukraine (the higher place in the rating, the greater threat to the state).

Finland takes the last position in the list for the fourth time already. Switzerland, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Austria are in the group of trustworthy states.

South Sudan is considered the most unstable country in the world. Earlier this position was held by Somalia during six years.
