The access to our website is blocked in the territory of the Russian Federation.

The reason for this was the information about the campaign in support of Alexey and Oleg Navalny, held yesterday at the Manege (Manezhka) square in Moscow. It is stated in the notification of the Roskomnadzor recieved by charter97.org.

"The notice on access restrictions to the information resource charter97.org in the information and telecommunication networks, including the Internet, based on the requirements of the General Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation from 30.12.2014 No. 27-27-2014/Id4349-14 as containing calls for riots, the extremist activities, participation in mass (public) activities carried out in violation of the established order.

Within 24 hours of receipt of this notification, the provider host or a person providing accommodation information and telecommunication network, including the Internet, are obliged to inform the owner of an information resource and notify him of the need to immediately remove information containing calls for riots, extremist activity, participation in mass (public) activities carried out in violation of the established order", the statement said.
