Makei writes denunciations

The Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has prepared a report on the most outrageous cases of human rights violations in certain countries in 2013.

The document is to be presented by Yury Ambrazevich, the head of the MFA's Directorate for Multilateral Diplomacy at a briefing in Minsk on February 10.

It's not the first report of that kind prepared by the MFA. The Ministry already analysed human rights violations in certain countries last year.

The MFA bases its reports on the “information from the Belarusian diplomatic missions, the media as well as other reliable open sources”, Belarusian foreign minister Uladzimir Makei said presenting last year's report.

The MFA, however, prefers not to speak about human rights violations in Belarus.
