Lukashenka is going to trade on arms with Bolivia

Belarus intends to cooperate with Bolivia in military domain.

With his decree number 97 as of 25 February the ruler approved the draft intergovernmental agreement between Belarus and Bolivia as the basis for military and technical cooperation, BelaPAN reports.

Lukashenka has authorized the State Military and Industrial Committee to hold negotiations on the draft agreement, having allowed to make if necessary amendments and add-ins of non-fundamental nature, and to sign the document once the agreement is reached within the framework of the approved draft.
