The Homel-based project and research station of chemicalisation of agriculture delays maternity benefits for its employees on maternity leave.
Charter97.org learnt if from the company's employee.
“I work for the project and research station of chemicalisation of agriculture. I am on maternity leave now. The company has 200 employees, 6 of whom are on maternity leave. You know the small size of child benefits, but our company doesn't want to pay the benefits. They always delay payments. We haven't received money for January, though salaries to employees were paid on time. Is it a problem for the company to find 12 million rubles for all employees on maternity leave? As far as I know, the company receives this money from the state budget,” the employees says.
A representative of the project and research station of chemicalisation of agriculture declined to give comments to a charter97.org correspondent.
“We are not obliged to give comments to everyone,” a representative of the accounts department said.
