Lukashenka persuades Belarusians to participate in municipal “elections”

The ruler is asking voters to come to polling stations.

He spoke of that today at a meeting with Belarus Constitutional Court judges, BelTA reports.

“Every person’s opinion is important to us”, - he claimed.

The ruler also said that “we do not need any shocks and revolutions, and we will not allow for any kind of extremism in the country.

Our people can live safely, study and work. The state in the future will continue creating conditions for free and decent personal development, ensuring the rule of law and order”.

We would remind that starting from 1995 none of the elections and referendums held in Belarus were recognized by international organizations and Western countries as free and fair.
