Baranavichy enterprise found replacement to Belarusians

For four moths already weavers from Bangladesh have been working for Baranavichy Cotton Production association.

Nash Kraj reports that in this way the enterprise’s management is trying to solve the problem of the local working staff. The workers, exotic in Belarus, earned 60-70 USDs a month, that is why they have made 6 thousand kilometers in order to find better luck in the Blue Eyed country and signed a one-year labour contract.

The foreign weavers work diligently and follow all the guidelines, suffer from our frosts and learn Belarusian and Russian languages little by little. The Bangladeshis have been accommodated at a workers’ dormitory and pay them more than they had at home.
