Parubiy: Yanukovych started destroying Ukraine’s army three years ago

For three years Viktor Yanukovych together with Russia destroyed Ukrainian army and the whole country’s defense system.

This is what the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Andriy Parubiy stated in the Maidan, UNN reports.

“For three years Yanukovych together with the Russian Federation carried out an operation for destroying Ukrainian army, destroying Ukrainian law enforcement agencies, destroying our Security Service and intelligence. They tried to completely destroy the resource base, they tried to appoint many representatives of the fifth column, who would serve not Ukraine, but the other state”, - said the head of the National Security and Defense Council

He pointed out that at the current moment there are large numbers of demoralized people among the employees of the law enforcement agencies.

“Actually there are a lot of demoralized people, especially among the employees of law enforcement agencies, who just recently came out of difficult periods. It is very hard to organize these processes, when there is often no management, when often the mid-level administration appear to just have run”, - Parubiy told.
