Russia to deliver to Belarus 23 million tons of oil

Russia has found agreement with Belarus on oil deliveries in 2014. Its volume will be 23 million tons.

It has been stated by the Oil Information agency (ANI) by the press-service of the Energy ministry of Russia.

It has been specified that 21 mln tons are to be delivered by pipeline transfer, and 2 mln tons by railway.

It’s an indicative balance, it would be followed according to technical capacity,” the ministry source added.
