Russia has refused from talks with Ukraine

Negotiations at the level of deputy ministers of foreign affairs have been cancelled by the Russian party.

This comes from the acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Deshchytsa, UNN reports.

They were scheduled for 4 April. According to the Minister, prior to that Ukraine received a message saying that Karasin would not be able to come for this meeting in Minsk.

According to Deshchytsa, now Ukraine will be looking for other option. He said that he does not now when the next meeting with the Russian Federation MFA’s head Sergey Lavrov will take place, since there were no such agreements.

We would remind that the meeting of minister of foreign affairs of Ukraine and Russia took place on 24 March during the summit on nuclear security in The Hague.
