3

Extremists in the Donbass region prepare new provocations aimed at further destabilising the situation.

Dmitry Tymchuk, the head of the Centre of Military and Political Research, wrote it on Facebook.

On April 6, Russian subversive groups and local separatists began to seize administration buildings in Ukraine's east. They also take over police stations and security service buildings with armouries.

The Ukrainian authorities took a decision to launch an anti-terror operation in the eastern regions of the country. Troops and military equipment were sent to the Donbass region.

On April 20, another armed provocation took place in the town of Slavyansk, which had been invaded by terrorists. Two groups of people had a armed clash at a checkpoint at around 3 a.m. From one to three people died, according to different sources. The terrorists used this provocation to ask Putin to send troops to eastern Ukraine.
