The leader of Lyapis Trubetskoy band, Siarhei Mikhalok, made a video address.

Siarhei Mikhalok reposnded to the accusations of “Russophobic remarks”, which he allegedly made at a concert in Izhevsk, Russia.

A member of the State Duma, Roman Khudyakov (LDPR), sent an appeal to Russia’s Prosecutor General Yuriy Chayka asking to check the statements by the lead singer of the Belarusian band Lyapis Trubetskoy at the concert, which, according to him, took place in Izhevsk. The parliament member did not like Siarhiei Mikhalok’s words “Glory to Ukraine!” and a statement on “imperial imbeciles”, Izvestia reports.

The band's manager Yauheny Kalmykou earlier denied the information that the incident had taken place in Russia. “We cannot understand what is happening, because it was not in Izhevsk. This is not from Izhevsk. This is from Germany, where fascists did Nazi salutes and showed inappropriate gestures,” he said.
