Ruslana: Kremlin plans provocations on May holidays

A Ukrainian singer revealed Putin's plans.

Ruslana, Ukrainian pop star and activist, visited New York, gave interviews to American media and performed at the Women in the World Summit, TSN reports.

“Putin has only two months to destroy Ukraine. I told the Americans that the Kremlin planned its biggest provocations for the great Soviet holidays – May 1 and May 9,” Ruslana said.

She adds Putin has only two months before Ukraine elects a new president and a new path. After that, “it will be more difficult for the Kremlin to act”. “Moscow will have to struggle not with the Ukrainian Maidan, but with protests in Russia,” the pop star said.
