The amnesty is not applied to political prisoners.
Belarusian “parliament members” adopted in the first reading the draft law “On amnesty on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Belarus’ liberation of German Nazi occupants”, initiated by Lukashenka, BelTA reports.
It should be noted that the law is not applied to political prisoners.
