Stanislau Shushkievich: Belarusian officials got tired and are thinking of coup

Officials have grown tired of the Belarusian dictator and are ready to arrange a coup.

This is what the first head of independent Belarus Stanislau Shushkievich claimed in an interview to camarade.biz.

“Officials cannot but think of a coup. Look at how they get fired. On absolutely no grounds. Some officials put in all the effort, but without the liberalization of the economy and freedom of action they have to stumble”, - Shushkievich said.

According to him, there are “downright scoundrels” in Lukashenka’s inner circle.

“They step away from principles, but they understand everything. If Lukashenka stumbles up, he will be first whom they drown”, - Stanislau Shushkievich pointed out.

However, a greater threat to Lukashenka is Putin, Shushkievich believes:

“After the statements on Ukraine Lukashenka may be in bad repute with Putin. If Putin snaps his fingers, there will be no Lukashenka. He is Putin’s slave, whatever he says of his independence”, - Shushkievich claimed.
