The whereabouts of “European Belarus” activist Syarhei Kazakou are unknown for a few hours already.
The activist came out of the house at 3 p.m., and he is not available on the phone since then.
Charter97.org website has been informed about that by a human rights activist Maryja Kasyan.
We remind that “European Belarus” activist Syarhei Kazakou was first detained by policemen in Minsk on May 6. Then after a short “explanatory conversation” he left the police department.
Over the last two weeks policemen have detained about 20 opposition activists. Human rights activists believe the arrests are related to the Ice Hockey World Championship held in Minsk.
