Stephen Fry: Another Chernobyl?! No thanks!

The well-known British actor urges to stop construction of the nuclear plant in Astravets.

The British actor Stephen Fry has written that in his twitter account.

“Another Chernobyl?! No thanks! Join me – sign the petition Another Chernobyl?! No thanks! Join me - sign petition to block dodgy new nuclear plant in Belarus,” he writes.

The petition against construction of the nuclear power plant in Belarus was posted on change.org website and is addressed to the EU structures. The petition urges to stop the construction of the nuclear power plant in Astravets and to revise all the decisions violating the Espoo Convention and the basic ecological rights of citizens of Europe.
