Representatives of Russian opposition comment on the today’s session of the Security Council of Russia with participation of Russian president.
“I must say that the picture of the Security Council is really disheartening… Everyone looks like they had filled their pants, and their faces are wry… You know, it immediately reminded me of the State Committee on the State of Emergency (GKChP, a state coup in 1991)…,” an oppositionist and a well-known journalist Alexander Ryklin wrote on his Facebook account.
We remind that at the session of the Security Council Putin stated that Western countries provoke state coups in the post-Soviet countries, and threatened with “appropriate measures” as a reaction to the sanctions against Russia.
