Activist Mikita Brouka detained by men in civilian clothes

The reasons for the detention are unknown.

It happened in Minsk's district Uruchcha at around 12:30, a witness says.

The grounds for the detention are unknown. Mikita Brouka does not pick up his mobile phone, Radio Svaboda reports.

Activist Mikita Brouka is a coordinator of the cultural initiative Art Siadziba and a journalist for Novy Chas newspaper. Brouka organised several concerts of Belarusian musicians lately.
