Discipline violation will be punished with unemployment

The executives, fired for non-compliance with discipline requirements, will not be accepted to different positions in the term of 5 years.

According to the Prime Minister, the decree on increased responsibility of executive officers is ready to come out. It has been approved by the head of the government and it prepared for submission to Lukashenka. “It foresees very tough measures in terms of personnel responsibility. Those, who get fired for non-compliance with the requirements of manufacturing, technological and labour discipline regulations, will not be able to take even low-key positions for five years”, - the Prime Minister said.

Mikhail Miasnikovich expressed concern over the inertness, indifference and even irresponsibility of a number of executives for carrying out the set tasks and meeting indicator – “the personnel work is done bad, hence the idea deficiency”.

The head of state brought attentions to the fact that not meeting prognosis indicators often gets attributed to objective reasons, and urged to take upon analysis and drawback elimination instead. “Not meeting these or those prognosis indicators is a serious oversight, and personnel should be held responsible in a corresponding manner”, - he said.

The Prime Minister pointed at drawbacks in the work of certain ministries and region executive committees, having reminded of top-priority economic policy tasks, set by the Security Council in June and based on the trends in the economy and the monetary and credit domain. “Respective decisions have been adopted, which help solve these or those problems in the country’s socio-economic development. First of all this concerns the sphere of manufacturing”, - Mikhail Miasnikovich said. The calculations made and tough economy measures will allow for strengthening stability at the domestic foreign exchange market, will ensure balanced nature of the country’s balance of payments, the Prime Minister emphasized.
