Putin's convoy not to be allowed in Ukraine

“Humanitarian aid” from an aggressor is a provocation.

This statement was made by Ukraine's interior minister Arsen Avakov.

It was reported on August 11 that Russia and representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross sent the “humanitarian convoy” to Ukraine. Kyiv says Ukraine, the EU and the US are also involved in the humanitarian mission.

The Red Cross Committee says they still don't have information about what the trucks of the humanitarian convoy are carrying.

According to the Russian MFA, the convoy from Moscow is expected to cross the Ukrainian border at the checkpoint Shebekino-Pletnyovka on the border of Belgorod and Kharkiv regions. However, a column of 280 trucks was reported yesterday to be heading to Rostov-on-Don.
