Mikhail Zhyznieuski’s mother: Ukraine bought me apartment

The parents of the Belarusian, who dies in the Maidan, finally got their own accommodation.

Thanks to the support of various foundations they managed to purchase a one-bedroom apartment in Homiel, having fulfilled the dream of perished son, Belsat TV channel reports.

“Thanks to various foundations we got an apartment. They came here from Ukraine, saw in what conditions we lived that said that the mother of a hero should live in normal conditions. They made an agreement about the apartment themselves. There are normal people among Belarusians, who come, talk, get me medicines. But there are ones, who spit upon my soul”, - said Nina Zhyznieuskaja, Mikhail’s mother.

Mikhail Zhyznieuski was 25 years old. For the recent 6 years he lived in Kyiv. The young man fell a victim to the clashes in Hrushevskoho Street during the Euromaidan protests on 22 January. He was gunshot in the heart. Thousands of people came to say goodbye to Mikhail in the Ukrainian capital. At the same time in his homeland the burial took place in the dark under special attention on the part of policemen and secret agents.
