“Today’s summit with Putin and Poroshenko in Minsk is some kind of a completely surreal event. It is pure Eugene Ionesco. According to how they left for lunch at 7 p.m., only Putin, Nazarbaev and Lukashenka talk to each other there. Upon arrival to the press-center at 10 a.m. everywhere on the tables for journalists stood 1-litre bottles of vodka and Ararat cognac, some of which were already started. The cognac was first to run out, now coffee has too as well as fruit drink and food. Ten minutes ago they simply brought out a plate with bread. When this pointless even ends, no one knows. Five pieces of paper are duct-taped to the coffee machine with the word “Don’t” written on them in pen. Now it has been taken away too with words “their highnesses want the coffee machine”, - the journalist wrote.
