The editorial office of charter97.org has received another notification about restricted access to an article at our website.

The Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) has blocked one more article at our website for Internet users in Russia. The editorial office has received notification from the Agency today, August 4.

The news item Russias authorities thwart the march No More Feeding Moscow! In Novosibirsk is meant.

The decision has been adopted on the grounds of the demands of the General Prosecutors Office of Russia adopted on 04.08.2014 #27-27-2014/Id2520-14, as it contains riotous statements, appeals to carrying out extremist activities, participation in mass rallies held with violation of the established procedure.
